The client: Anglian Water

  • Anglian Water supplies water and wastewater services to more than six million domestic and business customers in the east of England and Hartlepool.

  • Largest water and wastewater company in England and Wales by geographic area.

Awareness campaign - advertising

What we did:

Anglian Water is undertaking compulsory metering across the East of England due to it being the direst region in the UK.

Network produced, designed and delivered a full awareness campaign to address the need for compulsory metering, to inform customers of Anglian Water’s plans, to highlight that the customer has the choice to switch to using the meter and to promote the positive messages of why making the switch to using the water meter makes sense.

Network created a brand identity for the campaign which was then rolled out across all media to encourage early recognition. A fully integrated communications campaign was implemented encompassing media planning and scheduling  to target each geographic area and covering a full range of advertising for:

  • Radio

  • Newspapers

  • Billboards

  • Adshells

  • Web

The campaign was supported by a range of direct mail pieces, POS material, packaging and incentives.
