Anglian Water

Anglian Water are geographically the largest water company in England and Wales. They supply water and water recycling services to more than 6 million customers in the east of England and Hartlepool.

During the COVID-19 crisis, Network were asked to devise a campaign to help customers save water around the house and garden.

We did this through The Shorter Shower Challenge where customers were asked to spend a minute less in the shower. By doing this they can save money on their energy bills whilst also helping the environment by preserving water.

We began with an email and social media campaign. These had links to an online form to request a free Water Savvy Pack containing a shower timer, leaflets, practical tips, advice, along with other water-saving products for use in your home and garden.

Within 7 days of launch 1500 customers had requested the pack.
